About the Role:
As an Engineeing Graduate, you’ll leverage your Engineering Degree and/or Apprenticeship experience to continuously improve operational processes, surpass customer expectations, and gain early managerial experience. This factory-based scheme is your chance to tackle real-time challenges through dynamic projects and people management, all whilst cultivating a “can-do” attitude and a deep-seated passion for Engineering.
Position: Engineering Graduate
Salary: 28,000 – Year 1 – Rising to 30,000 Year 2
Rotational Programme – 3 x 8 Month Rotation
