About the Role:
As a Engineering Graduate, youll leverage your Engineering Degree and/or Apprenticeship experience to continuously improve operational processes, surpass customer expectations, and gain early managerial experience. This factory-based scheme is your chance to tackle real-time challenges through dynamic projects and people management, all whilst cultivating a can-do attitude and a deep-seated passion for Engineering.

Year 1
Rising to 30,000 Year 2
Location: Rotational Scheme UK wide
