£38,000 - £41,000 (DOE) + Monday to Friday (36 hours, Friday 12:30pm finish) + Private Medical Insurance + Pension Scheme + No Weekends + 25 Days Holiday plus BH

Are you a qualified Engineer that has experience teaching engineers, and looking forward to becoming a full time trainer and assessor with a company that provide apprenticeships for blue chip clients?

You will be teaching the next generation of Engineers by delivering BTEC Level 3 programmes through education, mentoring and assessing.

The well-established company are looking to expand, and are looking for someone who has industry experience and has preferably mentored engineers. You must be willing to work towards a teaching qualification or already hold one. The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to educate, train and assess learners the theory behind manufacturing processes, quality and business in engineering in a classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified engineer, who has experience teaching engineers, and will meet the requirements of an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. You will be proactive and be an excellent communicator, fostering a positive environment for learners.

The Role
*Delivering BTEC Level 3 Engineering Programmes
*Teaching a range of Engineering principles - manufacturing, mechanics, quality and business
*Delivering high quality teaching, with a variety of responsibility
*Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm. Friday 8am - 12:30pm

The Person
*A qualified Engineer who holds a teaching qualification or is willing to work towards one
*Full UK's Driver's License
*An excellent communicator and highly organised
