Lead & manage the engineering design team, support the design of new products and ensure all processes, documentation are adhered to.
Essential Requirements of
Strong Mechanical Design experience (ideally NX, but other packages fine).
Proven experience leading and managing a team.
Previous experience working on motors, engines, or their components.
