Key Responsibilities
This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual to become part of our collaborative team of professionals. As an Engineering Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our consulting team, undertaking the following responsibilities:
Utilize engineering and asset-based data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Analyze root causes of problems and propose innovative solutions.
Present data through graphs, tables, and reports.
Lead workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and drive decision-making.
Maintain objectivity in reporting and making quantified decisions.
Establish connections between engineering principles and financial considerations.
Nurture client relationships to support business development efforts.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering and reliability analyses, coupled with the personal drive to excel in delivering our engineering services. Given the critical role our consultants play in guiding strategic decisions, candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Key qualifications and attributes include:
Proficiency in engineering principles and reliability analyses.
Keen interest in optimizing asset value through data-driven insights.
Experience or strong educational background in data analysis and problem-solving.
Skills in client-facing interactions and relationship-building.
Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in engineering (mechanical, materials, aerospace, physics, mathematics, computer science, civil, electrical, chemical, or other STEM disciplines). The nature of this opportunity means that you will be required to be Security Cleared prior to appointment so you must meet all the eligibility criteria to obtain UK Security Clearance.
