This full-time Engineering Change Management role is based at Gaydon and offers an excellent salary of GBP29.17 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35), along with the opportunity to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.As a Engineering Change Management Specialist, you will direct and deliver change management for D7a and D7U platforms manufactured in Castle Bromwich, Solihull, India and China. You will work 3 days onsite, 2 days working from home.In your first week in this Change Management Specialist role, you can expect to: Guide engineering functions on the required steps to ensure timely release & implementation of all Engineering change in conjunction with manufacturing, MP&L, Finance & PurchaseManage the "Current Car" Change Management Meeting (CMM) to accelerate throughputScrutinise business cases and support or challenge decisions to progressPublish Change Management KPI data to measure success and identify opportunities To apply for this Change Management Specialist role, you will need experience of the company's products, whole vehicle system and architecture knowledge, knowledge of manufacturing and supplier quality operations and processes. You will also require the following: MUST HAVE Engineering change management experienceProject management experienceExperience leading teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills & the ability to present the PVT core team at senior meetingsExperience of operating in an Agile environment.Experience of operating Jira.
