Engineering Maintenance Manager – Rochdale – Up to £65,000 – FMCGMy Rochdale based FMCG client are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join them on a permanent full-time basis reporting into the Engineering Manager.The role of the Maintenance Manager position is to ensure the continuous operation of the plant machine and equipment on the site.This will include:Effectively planning and executing planned maintenance, line improvements and project work with formal
recording/reporting. Coordinating and implementing improvements in collaboration with production staff, electro mechanics and automation technicians to ensure optimum operation of the machinery.Manage technical services and machinery and equipment on site including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Supporting 4 direct reportsWorking effectively within budget - Prepare a cost plan for fleet maintenance, inventory buffer, and training.Strong Communication - communicate at all levels clearly, listens and involves others in setting direction and agreeing on goals.Leadership - provide vision and direction, inspires others to follow direction.
