Staffline is recruiting for an Engineering Admin in Poole.
The rate of pay is £12 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, the hours of work are:
- 7:30am to 4:30pm
Experience in a similar role is required.
Your Time at Work

As an Engineering Administrator, your duties include:
- Being the first point of contact for all administration requirements from within the Engineering department
- Ensuring all the engineering department processes and procedures are process mapped and documented reviewed annually issued with signed conformation from all engineering personnel
- Assisting the Engineering Manager develop and implement comprehensive training and development plans and skills matrix, for all engineering staff
- Producing reports to meet business requirements. Specifically for the engineering department; PPM completion, Work Order Completion, MTTR, MTTF, Downtime analysis, Parts outstanding, and any custom reports as and when required
- Ensuring all work orders and equipment failures recorded are logged on the CMMS System, and assisting GTLs in ensuring continuity across all reporting platforms.
Some lifting might be involved in this role.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have excellent written and spoken English skills. You will have strong administrative skills and be a proficient user of MS Office tools.
Experience in a similar role is required.
