Our client is looking for a Engineer/Senior C&I Engineer, the role would be a long term contracting position that is Inside of IR35 but offering negotiable rates, the client is offering hybrid working with it being 2-3 days on site but then as the contract progresses there may be opportunity for 1-2 days on site the rest working from home. candidates must be eligible and willing to go through Security clearance if they do not hold it already.
The client is looking for a degree qualified engineer with a minimum of 8 years’ experience working as a C&I Engineer, with experience of working within critical infrastructure projects such as defence or government facilities being advantageous.
Candidates will be asked to collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement effective engineering solutions as well as conducting assessments and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices are being followed through out the project. You will also be asked to develop and review engineering designs, drawings and specifications and manage project time lines, budgets and resources effectively.
