About the jobLocation: Flexible between home, Corby and LondonReports to: Senior EPA Engagement ManagerClosing Date: 26th April 2024About the role:The End Point Assessment (EPA) Engagement Manager plays a critical role in the delivery of customer delight, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction ensuring CMI becomes the End Point Assessment Organisation of choice.You will execute the delivery of the EPA Support Package by providing bespoke EPA support and guidance sessions for Partners’ colleagues, apprentices and employers. In addition the EPA Engagement Manager will provide key account management support for a portfolio of partners, acting as their first point of contact for EPA queries.Responsibilities:Provide EPA key account management support and act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of CMI partners as required in accordance with departmental objectives and KPIs and working with internal teams to implement agreed actions.Present and/or facilitate, face-to-face or remotely, support and guidance sessions required by the EPA Support Package for EPA partners’ staff, apprentices and employers.Maintain timely and accurate records of partner interactions and feedback, utilising CMI established processes and systems.Support the Partner Development Team (Relationship and Engagement Managers) with technical EPA expertise to secure new business or optimise existing partner value as required.About you:We are an inclusive employer and welcome all diverse backgrounds, where individuality is celebrated, creating both a forward-thinking team and a supportive space for everyone in the CMI team.
