Engagement Manager

A high-growth technology company, based just outside of Exeter is seeking an Engagement Manager to join their team. The company are looking for like-minded people who share their values; Care Deeply, are Innovative, deliver excellence, put the customer first, are friendly and celebrate individuality.This role is Full-time, offering Hybrid working, Monday – Friday 08:30 – 5:30, 40 hours per week.Engagement Manager responsibilities include: -You will maintain and implement the communication strategies for all customersWork closely with the rest of the engagement team, growth, marketing and engineering teams to ensure all new initiatives are thoroughly planned and executedYou will manage your projects ensuring that they achieve KPIs and achieve the agreed milestones and deliverablesYou will leverage and optimise our industry-leading analytics and messaging tools across all our product stackYou will contribute to the continued development of the team, company and productsEngagement Manager requirements include: -Previous experience in a customer-facing role, delivering high levels of customer satisfactionExperience with project
management/coordination
