Enforcement agent

An exciting opportunity has popped up across the UK for Enforcement agents, I am dealing with an exceptional client in the collections sector who is searching for a new Enforcement Agent to join their expanding team.

Don't worry if you have no prior experience in this role; comprehensive training will be offered to assist you in becoming fully proficient and certified.

You must have a valid UK driving licence and two years of driving experience.

• �22,000 basic salary + bonuses + overtime (OTE �50,000 to �70,000)
• Achievable bonus level of at least double your basic salary.
• 29 days holiday - including bank holidays, increasing with service and with the opportunity to top up with extra days via banked leave and other incentive schemes.
• Company vehicle, fuel card and expenses
• Full training and qualifications to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent
• Company pension scheme

• Interested in learning new talents.
• Motivated to meet goals and objectives.
• Working in a prison would be excellent, but it is not required.
• A background in security would be beneficial, but not required.
• A background in the armed forces would be beneficial, but not required.

Job responsibilities:

• Visiting debtor's homes to arrange for the settlement of outstanding debts.
• Making and agreeing on repayment plans
• Assisting debtors with questionnaire completion
• Taking possession of goods - when necessary
• Removing items - as needed
• Compiling brief notes on your visit, as well as any essential paperwork
• Assessing debtor vulnerability and directing them to appropriate assistance services
• Liaison with colleagues in the workplace regarding active cases
