Are you an experience energy management professional with a passion for sustainability? Winner are working with a leading FM service Provider who make it their mission to focus on innovation and high standards across all of their contracts and business, investing in their people.
Our client is looking for a Energy Manager for one of their key clients and across other contracts within the portfolio. You will ideally have experience within a similar role working within the Built Estate environment.
Responsibilities
You will be developing and implementing energy management strategies to reduce consumption and costs across the estate.
Develop and promote a corporate energy strategy in line with business needs.
Monitor and analyze energy usage data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with relevant energy regulations and standards.
Develop energy awareness campaigns in line with the clients needs and FM staff.
Work closely with Contract Managers and other operational staff and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive energy-saving projects and innovations.
Lead sustainability initiatives and promote best practices across the organization.
Prepare regular reports on energy performance and present findings to senior management.
Provide monitoring and targeting processes across the estate.
Carry out sites visits and audits across the estate making recommendations and implementing change.
Consider all renewable techn ologies where possible to deliver cardon reduction plan.
Requirements
Proven experience in energy management ideally within Facilities Management or Industrial.
An appropriate energy related qualification or equivalent in building services engineering, ideally degree educated with a masters in energy management highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of energy regulations, standards and best practice.
Extensive working knowledge of BMS and control theory and proven track record in researching energy trends for recommendations.
Ability to carry out feasibility studies of energy technologies.
Client facing and confident dealing with key stake holders.
Passionate about the Energy sector with strong communication and presentation skills.
