Energy Manager

Energy Manager Needed for a well known Facility Management company.The role of the Energy Manager is to enable the client's energy reduction programs through monitoring, targeting and interventions on building services.This role has a strong focus on supporting my clients dedicated Engineering Maintenance team to ensure that their client assets entrusted to our client are maintained and operated as efficiently as possible.• Perform deep dive audits on the existing HVAC and Electrical Systems and identify opportunities / design gaps for optimisation through actionable recommendations.• Responsible for the tactical delivery of BMS optimisation recommendations.• Monitor data systems to determine ways of enhancing assets energy performance.• Review data analytics to identify adverse trends and anomalies and provide progress reports.• Manage energy related queries and investigate on site, including BMS interventions in conjunction with the Engineering TeamRequirements and skills• Proven experience as an Energy Manager in the Building Services field.• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, engineering controls expertise, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, as well as excellent communication skills.• Experience of BMS/ automated controls related to Trend IQ Vision 4 and View 8, Tridium Niagra
