Business Analyst (Endur Integration Projects)Position: Business Analyst (BA)Duration: 6 monthsLocation: Remote/Home-basedCompany: Growing Energy TraderJob Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for a six-month project focused on implementing and integrating various Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems, with a primary emphasis on Endur. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Endur integration projects, a solid understanding of gas and power trading, and expertise in front to back office operations. Additionally, proficiency in SQL and data analytics is required.Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Endur integration and implementation projects.Analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Endur Integration Projects:Utilize expertise in Endur to facilitate seamless integration with other ETRM systems and trading platforms.Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of Endur enhancements and configurations.Front to Back Office Understanding:Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of front to back office operations within energy trading, including trade lifecycle management, risk analysis, and settlement processes.Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize SQL and data analytics tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze trading data for reporting and decision-making purposes.Generate insights from trading data to support business strategies and optimize trading performance.Stakeholder Management:Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks.Documentation and Process Improvement:Document business processes, system configurations, and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer and support ongoing operations.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the trading and risk management functions.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Endur integration projects or similar ETRM implementations.Strong understanding of gas and power trading, including industry practices, regulations, and trading strategies.Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.Experience with data analytics tools and techniques for generating insights from trading data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/home-based environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
