End User Technician (Part time - 18.5 hours a week) - Bamfurlong - £32k pro-rata (£16k)
I am seeking a part time End User Technician for a leading public service business, based out of Bamfurlong, Gloucestershire. You will be required to support the organisations IT hardware including laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printers. This will involve building/ imaging of laptops and desktops, general hardware maintenance and repair, 3rd party communication, asset management and rollouts. This is a vital role within the business, ensuring that colleagues have working equipment always, sticking to agreed SLAs. You will be required to travel to other sites based around Gloucestershire on occasion, a company van will be provided.

As the successful End User Technician, you will have knowledge of most of the following:

  • A valid UK driving license
  • Experience in IT hardware repair and support
  • Have experience in imagining and building laptops
  • Experience in supporting and fixing printers
  • Have strong asset management and documentation skills
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, M365, SCCM & Intune
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in dealing with third parties for items under warranty
