End-User Computing Engineer

About The Role
We are have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Technology Engineer to join our End User Services team as part of our wider IT department. You will ensure the effective operation, maintenance and support of the organisations various mobile technology devices.
With direction from the End User Services Manager, we are looking for someone who can bring innovation around products and processes to the role.
On a day to day basis, you will ensure the effective configuration and management of LiveWest Mobile Devices through software solutions (MDM). You will assist with the distribution of LiveWest end user hardware for new starters and leavers and carry out software builds of LiveWest end user hardware.
Excellent communication skills are key to this role, as you will be advising and supporting colleagues across the business on the use of their mobile devices.
This role is being offered on a
full time ,
permanent
basis and will be based in our
Exeter
office. A hybrid working style is an option.
About The Candidate
To be considered for the role of Mobile Technology Engineer, you will be / have:
Experience of working in an IT helpdesk environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical colleagues.
