End Point Assessor- Media Production Co-ordinator Posted today Full Job DescriptionWe are looking for innovative, approachable Media ProductionCo-ordinator End Point Assessors to join our inclusive, supportiveteam and deliver exceptional experiences for our learners and employerpartners. You will join our business as a casual End PointAssessor, or as we call you, an Associate EPA, delivering aspirationalassessments with integrity, approachability, and resourcefulness. What you will be doing:
Reporting toan End Point Assessor Manager, you’ll be working with apprentices andtheir employers to plan, carry out and report on End PointAssessments. Making decisions for apprenticeship standards and overallgrades, you’ll use your expertise to make fair and independentassessment judgments against the standard’s grading criteria. You’llalso carry out administration and keep your sector knowledge up todate. With a great work/life balance, and with the support ofour expert and friendly team, you’ll have the chance to not only helppeople improve their prospects, but to help our business achieve itsambitions. As an EPA your role will be varied and flexibleand will include working from home and visits out in the field withinthe sector you specialise in. Who you are:You have a wealth of professional experience in the creativeindustry, having worked in media production. Able to interact with awide range of learners, you’re empathetic yet effective in your tasksand a keen communicator, whether that’s written or verbal. You’ll beconfident working autonomously but also a keen team player. Your timemanagement and administration skills will be second to none. What you’ll need:
As well as a provenpassion for and hands-on experience within media production, you’llhave access to a vehicle and your own IT equipment. You’ll be familiarwith MS Office and other IT systems (training will be provided forepaPRO). What we offer:
