The Role
Highly-ranked employment team
Advising on contract negotiations, severance negotiations and unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and discrimination litigation (amongst others)
Mainly representing individuals working within financial services, professional services or at C-suite level
Expanding employer practice
NO corporate support work
Requirements
Ideally 2-5 PQE, but no less than 12 months' post qualification experience
Employment experience at a firm with a recognised team in the sector
Passionate about employment law
Hybrid - office based 2/3 days a week
They are open to someone who has trained at a city firm as well as those in regional firms who can demonstrate working on complex high value employment litigation.
