Effectively manage tribunal cases, from initial consultation to resolution.? Advise clients on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.? Draft and review employment contracts, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.? Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.? Stay abreast of changes in employment law, providing timely updates to clients.Requirements:? Previously worked as a Solicitor, Fee Earner or in a similar role.? At least 2 years of experience in HR / Employment Law.? Proven experience in advising on HR matters and managing tribunal cases.? Qualified Solicitor and CILEX Fellow.?
