As an experienced employment solicitor, you will be working closely with an fantastic, close knit team, providing a bespoke service to individuals.As a member of the employment law team, you will be responsible for:A claimant caseload, meeting with a range of clients to gather information and explain legal matters, building strong relationships. Handling day-to-day enquires advice onUnfair Dismissal and Discrimination ClaimsSettlement AgreementsDisciplinary HearingsTo be considered for this role you will:Have at least four years of post qualification experience in employment law matters, on the claimant side client matters at a leading regional or national practiceIdeally have a background working with trade unions although not an absolute requirementHave excellent verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex concepts into everyday language for non-experts.Have good writing skills to draft professional and accurate legal documents and reports.Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to arrive at the best legal solutions for cases.This firm puts their employees and clients at the heart of everything they do.
