Role Description
They are currently seeking a talented and accomplished Employment Partner to join the dynamic team in London.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take on a leadership role within the esteemed firm and play a pivotal role in driving our employment law practice forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the employment law department, overseeing a team of associates and paralegals to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients.
Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to employment contracts, discrimination, disciplinary actions, grievances, and termination issues.
Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
Stay abreast of developments in employment law and proactively advise clients on compliance requirements and best practices.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor with significant experience (8+ years) practicing employment law in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex employment law matters and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales is required.
Salary is dependant on experience
