Employment Paralegal – Leading UK Law Firm – London.
Taylor Root have been instructed on a new Paralegal opportunity with out client, a leading UK law firm. The firm are seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to join the London office on a permanent basis.
The Firm
Our client is a leading UK law firm which was initially set up as a specialist employment law boutique. Over the years the firm has expanded its services across other areas of law. The firm have a fantastic reputation in the market often securing top talent from firms in the “Magic” or “Silver” circle.
The Team
The firm’s employment team are unique as they are one of the only firms who represent organisations, senior individuals and employees. This includes a full range of employment law matters including contracts, policies and procedures; employment disputes in the High Court and tribunals; TUPE; redundancy situations and termination of employment; settlement agreements; injunctions and team moves; and partnership and minority shareholder disputes.
The Role
As an Employment Paralegal, you will be expected to assist the team on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. A list of what you might expect to work on is above.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will likely have at least 12 months of prior experience in an employment team. This will ideally have been mixed experience (contentious and non-contentious) and gained from another top 150 law firm.
