The role:Are you an Employment Legal Director 9+ years PQE looking to join a Legal 500 ranked employment practice that will set you up on a Partnership track? If so, this firm would like to hear from you.This firm is looking to welcome a senior lawyer at Legal Director level who will be supporting on employment matters for clients in the Healthcare sector as part of a broader diet of work for national and regional clients in a range of other sectors.Working contentious and non-contentious matters, you will be advising on employee relations matters, reviewing policies and procedures and contracts, advising on equalities obligations, conducting and/or supporting on Employment Tribunals, advising on TUPE as well as delivering training on a broad range of employment issues for clients.In light of the above, the firm is particularly keen to hear from those with experience across one or more of their key markets which are: health and social care (NHS or independent), local government, financial services, general commercial, higher education and housing.
