The successfulapplicant will have experience of support planning and review systems, and will be in a position to work on ashift-rota basis. She/he will have experience in a supported living setting, the ability to work on their owninitiative, and have a positive, empowering and flexible approach to the support of people with learningdisabilities. The post requires the successful candidate to be involved in the supervision and development ofthe staff team; including training, developing systems, mentoring and auditing.
