Employment Associate – confidential instruction

A very well regarded City firm is looking to hire an Employment Associate into its Legal 500 ranked team in London.The team covers an extensive range of work. In particular, this role will include both contentious and non-contentious employment work, with a focus on companies in financial services. The ideal candidate should have experience of advising both employers and employees on matters ranging from day-to-day HR issues to complex employment tribunal litigation, including discrimination claims and whistleblowing.This firm’s Employment team has an established reputation for bringing in high quality work, while also providing a supportive environment for Associates to develop by working closely with Partners.The ideal candidate will have gained strong employment experience in a similar City or regional firm, with between 3-4 years’ PQE. Candidates must also be England & Wales qualified, with a good academic background.
