One of the UK's top Property Consultancies and a leading practice in Plymouth is looking to recruit an Employers Agent.

THE COMPANY

My client has a strong presence in the South West region . They have a fantastic reputation with clients and have relationships that date back over 15+ years. They also have a relaxed and vibrant company culture and have created an inclusive and enjoyable office environment. Projects revolve mainly around the Residential sector.

THE POSITION

Due to their ambitious growth plans they are looking to recruit an Employers Agent to join their Plymouth office. The Agent will be given the opportunity to be the client lead on some of the companies key projects. Due to the long term succession plans the business has in place, the appointed individual will also be given a unique opportunity to progress to senior level.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Employers Agent must:

· Have a relevant degree (Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management)

· Have experience working as a Project Manager/ Building Surveyor/ Employers Agent on the Consultancy or Client side.

· Have experience working on projects within Property / Building

· Have good communication and client facing skills
