Join us on our mission to place the power of good advice into more hands because we believe that everyone deserves access to good advice, regardless of where they’re at in their financial journey.An exceptional track record of growth and innovation is driven by our core values of:Personal,offering advice based on a true understanding of what matters to our clients;Partnership, working with our clients in a joined-up, collaborative way; andPerformance, demonstrating a breadth and depth of advice expertise to deliver first-class results.To lead the delivery of complex advisory and compliance projects relating to the design and implementation of employee share schemes and other incentive plans, including associated tax and compliance requirements.Key responsibilities:Act as trusted adviser and engage with clients on wider commercial and strategic issuesLead a portfolio of complex advisory and compliance accountsGive exceptional client service, taking the lead in managing and developing client relationshipsTechnically strongIdentifying new opportunities and leading on business development initiativesStaff management and developmentManaging a team of practitioners from Associate through to Associate Director gradesWork collaboratively with peers in team and across firm to ensure joined up approachInvolved in business development activities/profile raising locallyDelivering technical expertise and input to the wider practiceAble to identify market and client opportunities through the publication of legislative changes, delivering thought leadership where appropriatePersonal development (technical & other)Internal and external seminars and coursesReadingInternal meetingsEducation/Qualifications:Educated to degree level or equivalent.A relevant qualification (such as being a chartered accountant) is desirable, although not essential.Key Experience/Skills:Extensive experience in the design and implementation of employee share schemes, including associated UK tax and reporting requirements.
