Highly skilled diverse talent is in short supply and demand is high in every global territory. To operate better in these market conditions, we need to build LSEG’s profile in key hiring markets and attractiveness as a leading employer to drive direct candidate applications from the best diverse talent. We do so through innovative and strategic, integrated employer brand and talent attraction campaigns.Reporting into the Head of Employer Brand, the Employer Brand Project Manager will help project manage employer brand campaigns and projects. You’ll play a meaningful role in defining and managing campaign project plans, drafting, and collating business contact contributions to briefing packs, data and insights and ensuring the plan is organised to time and budget.This role is part of a wider Employment Brand and Attraction Channels team, part of Talent Acquisition, and is an individual contributor.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:The Employer Brand Project Lead will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of strategic employer brand and talent attraction campaigns and projects for Talent Acquisition.Plays a key role to connect across workstreams so that project team-members holistically consider deliverables.Define and manage the project plan and workstreams for assigned cross-functional projects. Create and maintain supporting materials for projects for use for internal briefings and meetings. WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Experience working in a project management or business
operations/consulting/account
management role in an area such as People Comms/Employer Brand, External/Internal Comms and/or Marketing.Demonstrates the ability to plan, organise, and coordinate resources and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined period, budget, and standards.Proven track record of delivering projects spanning multiple teams and deliverables, driving engagement, collaboration, and goal delivery.Initiative-taker with positive, proactive, and confident approach, with the ability to empower, motivate, influence business contacts at all levels.Good problem-solving, organisational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Capability to tell complex data stories in a simple, clear, and impactfully visual way.Presentation skills – capable at producing, clear and impactfully designed presentation packs for business contacts (PowerPoint and Excel)Ability to independently handle competing priorities in a high-volume, fast paced environment.Ability to deal with change, navigate ambiguity and focus on solutions.Experience of working for a large complex, corporate organisation, finance and/or fintech sector an advantage. Cross-country, cross-functional experience and advantage. Professional certification such as PMP from the Project Management Institute is desirable.
