An exciting role to join our client, who are leading within their industry. The primary responsibility of this role would be to support with a high volume of ER cases on a 6 month FTC.



Key responsibilities




  • Mediate employee disputes, ensuring policy consistency.

  • Guide on workplace behaviour, performance, and discipline.

  • Investigate complaints impartially.

  • Aid in restructuring and redundancy projects.

  • Provide risk assessments to senior management.

  • Coach HR Advisors on best practices.

  • Develop HR policies in compliance with laws and best practices.

  • Create and deliver training programs on various topics.

  • Analyse employee relations metrics and offer insights.

  • Identify areas for proactive intervention.

  • Experienced HR leader with expertise in core disciplines.

  • Knowledgeable in UK Employment Law and strategic application.

  • Skilled in managing complex employee relations.

  • Commercially savvy with a proven track record.

  • Able to establish high-performing HR functions.
