Salary: Competitive DOE12 Month FTC - 37 hours per week To provide commercial, swift and robust level advice to assigned regions within a customer focussed ER service. To ensure that managers are acting within the scope of policy and procedure and providing commercial solutions to employee relations issues.Due to growth, and the importance that we place on employee relations operational support, we are hiring an additional ER partner.
