This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Glasgow and offers a salary of £35,000 and a hybrid working model.As an Employee Benefits Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Group Personal Pension, Group Risk, and Healthcare schemes on behalf of clients. From administrative tasks to strategic recommendations, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities to support our clients' needs.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging renewals for group risk and healthcare schemes, conducting market reviews, and making recommendationsSupporting the implementation of new benefits, including drafting employee communications and incepting new policiesReviewing policy documentation and preparing business reportsCore pension scheme administration, including reconciling contribution schedules and issuing statutory communicationsAddressing general inquiries from corporate clients and their employeesAttending client meetings as a vital member of the client servicing teamExperience and Skills Required:Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a benefits provider, consultancy, or IFA environmentProven experience managing a client portfolioAbility to work effectively under tight deadlinesExceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detailOutstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilitiesStrong problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practicesThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base whilst working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
