Employee Benefits Consultant

We are looking for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team in Southport. The role will primarily be focused on SME new business and involve lead generation and cold calling.We are looking for a motivated and success driven individual who is looking for a career in sales. We place our client’s hopes, goals and aspirations at the heart of everything we do.Role responsibilitiesTo secure new clients and generate profitable income for the CompanyTo develop and promote the total Lloyd & Co Employee Benefits proposition to maximise opportunitiesTo promote and deliver high quality service and advice as part of development as a Trusted PartnerTo act as the primary point of contact for the client and establish effective relationships with themTo renew your portfolio of clients in line with agreed targetsTo grow the income of your portfolio of clients in line with agreed targets and initiativesTo achieve new business levels in line with agreed targetsTo identify and develop new business opportunities including cold callingTo provide accurate reports incorporating activity and resultsTo update and maintain records on core systemsTo work closely with relevant support teams to provide excellent service to clientVacancy Overview
