Employability Progressions Manager AEB & Skills Bootcamps
Work from home 3 days per week and Office based in London 2 days per week
Salary: £24k-£36k dependent on experience
OTE: 7k-10k
Position Overview
Supported by the marketing and apprenticeship resourcing functions, the successful candidate will manage all completed skills bootcamp candidates to be proactive in self-sourcing outcomes. Offering training and support in areas like LinkedIn Profiles, Self-Search, Application Processes, Enhanced CV and Cover Letter Writing & Interview Preparation.
Some tasks will include intelligent marketing, delivering employability workshops, face to face meetingsand business development telephone calling.
Role Responsibilities:
To deliver online and face to face employability sessions
To generate progression points for candidates
Support candidates to undertake self-driven job search
Track progressions into employment in bootcamps, AEB & FCFJ
Managing client relationships to the highest standard
To effectively cross-sell where necessary and be a brand champion
To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
Delivering of Sales Training
New Business Tenders and Pitches
Maintaining all relevant management information on CRM
