Employability Coach

We have an amazing opportunity for an Employment Coach working for a lead training provider. You will be asked to provide the delivery and assessment of personal development and employability skills, supporting dis-engaged learners�to build their Employment and Training Portfolios�

Locations: Warwickshire/Northants�

your�requirements are:

• Experience in providing excellent customer service IAG/Coaching


• Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.


• Demonstrate the ability to work towards awarding body standards


• Good conflict resolution skills
