We have an amazing opportunity for an Employment Coach working for a lead training provider. You will be asked to provide the delivery and assessment of personal development and employability skills, supporting dis-engaged learnersto build their Employment and Training Portfolios
Locations: Warwickshire/Northants
yourrequirements are:
Experience in providing excellent customer service IAG/Coaching
Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Demonstrate the ability to work towards awarding body standards
Good conflict resolution skills
