await!Job Description:Job PurposeThe EMEA Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering virtual and classroom training, as well as managing programmes and classes to enhance capability levels in line with organisational requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating soft-skills training in a corporate environment and strong instructional design skills for non-technical topics.Main FunctionsTraining in a corporate environment to an EMEA audience with diverse employee populations.Designing engaging classes and programs using instructional design methods for adult learners to ensure content flow participant comprehension.Delivering classroom training and blended learning programs using PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and WebExDesign and deliver leadership programmes to front-line and senior managers across the region.Managing projects, programmes, and classes within a Learning Management System.Measuring and monitoring training effectiveness to ensure continuous learning improvement.Work with the EMEA Training Manager to analyse and identify areas of improvement and training gaps requiring review and upskilling. Provide coaching to teams, managers and employees as needed to support development goals.
Coordinate technical training needs working with experts from region and HQ, utilising corporate training as needed to fulfil regional requirements. Ensure training records and training reports are maintained and distributed.Conduct needs analysis and determining suitable training solutions.Scheduling, coordinating, and promoting training programmes to internal customers.
Requirements/Qualifications:
CIPD, BA or BS in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Organisational Development, Communication, HR or related fields.5 or more years’ corporate experience in areas detailed in the job description.3 years training a multicultural employee base with excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.A second European language would be an advantage, particularly German or French.Team building experience required.Blended Learning training delivery, use WebEx and Microsoft Teams.Expert knowledge of classroom, virtual and blended learning approaches.Flexibility of hours to support a European wide audience is required.Experience working within a fast-paced high-tech industry would be beneficial.Project Management experience would be beneficial.Highly motivated individual with the ability to work on your own initiative.Ability to communicate confidently at all levels in the organisation.#LI-AL2Travel Time:25% - 50% Are you looking for a unique opportunity to be a part of something great?
