Job DescriptionEMEA Payroll ManagerHammersmith, London W6About The RoleExciting opportunity for an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to join our Finance team in The UK.The EMEA Payroll Manager is responsible for all payroll processes and policies across 9 European countries, leading a small team of payroll specialists and outsourced partners. At a tactical level, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of accurate, efficient and timely payroll processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of payroll across EMEA including advice to internal stakeholdersOwn, define and develop payroll policies and procedures across EMEA, to ensure compliance with all corporate guidelines and statutory regulationsPlan, manage and execute day to day payroll across EMEA, ensuring accurate and timely calculation, controls, remittance and reporting of pay and deductions; statutory deductions and payslips are prepared by external payroll providers; input calculations, payslip reviews and employee queries are managed by the internal specialistsBe subject matter expert for payroll operations, maintain awareness of changes to payroll legislation, and act as point of escalation for complex and sensitive mattersLead, support and develop the payroll team (currently 3 payroll specialists)Build strong partnerships with external payroll providers to optimise their quality of service and costMaintain strong, collaborative relationships with all key internal stakeholders including HR, Finance and IT, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities between the teamsAbout YouProven experience delivering high quality payroll administration across multiple countriesProven experience managing external payroll providers across multiple countriesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, highly organised with an exceptional attention to detailTrack record of leading and developing teams, in person and remotely overseasA strong communicator with interpersonal skills to challenge and influence colleagues and stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving skillsProficient in Excel (working knowledge of pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, etc)Benefits and PerksJoin us for a rewarding career with competitive compensation, leave entitlements, health coverage, and financial security.
