EMEA Payroll Manager - Permanent - London/Hertfordshire border - up to £90,000 per annum - Hybrid basis
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a reputable company, who are looking for an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the leadership and management of the EMEA Payroll team and is on a hybrid basis, a minimum of 1 day per week, based in their office based London/Hertfordshire border.
The EMEA Payroll Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
* Lead the payroll team to support a large payroll function, consisting of 25 countries
* Implement payroll operating model in EMEA in line with the global payroll operating model
* Establish partnerships with third party vendors
* Record, analyse, investigate and resolve all payroll queries and reporting to the relevant persons
* Develop and implement best practices, key performance indicators
* Coach, mentor and provide leadership development to team members to optimize operational excellence
Key Skills:
* Experience in leading and developing a team in payroll processing
* Minimum of 10 years experience of EMEA payroll management
* Experience in managing outsourced third-party payroll providers
* Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
* Excellent communication skills
