EMEA Payroll & HR Operations Advisor
We are looking for a EMEA Payroll & HR Operations Advisor to process and manage an outsourced payroll and provide HR generalist activities for circa 300 employees across the UK and Europe ( 9 countries).
Working hours: M-F 9-6
Modality: hybrid
Responsibilities:
Process payroll changes, new hires, terminations, and
other payroll-related transactions in a timely manner for multiple EMEA
locations
Manage the relationship with the outsourced payroll
provider
Support employees with any payroll queries
Review and audit payroll reports to identify
discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile payroll data
and resolve any discrepancies.
Responsible for creation and/or update of all SOP’s
related to payroll support and processing
Lead on any payroll related projects
Manage UK Pension scheme
Provide generalist HR support to employees and line
managers in Northern Europe jurisdictions
Provide support to HR Administrator with onboarding and
offboarding processes when required
Ensure all country specific HR
documents (i.e. employment contracts employee handbook etc)
are in place and in line with current legislation and
group policy.
Ad hoc HR project work and support to Head of HR when
required

Significant experience leading on the
end-to-end payroll processes across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
Experience of managing an external payroll providerAbility to work independently and provide practical solutions / decision making capability is essential.Service-minded and enjoys working directly with employees, internal stakeholders and outsourced providers
Proactive approach to problem solving and solutions
oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all
levels.
Highly organised with strong attention to
detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
