EMEA Payroll & HR Operations Advisor – 6 month FTC – London – up to £60,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a financial services firm, who are looking for an EMEA Payroll & HR Operations Advisor, on a 6 month FTC basis. This role will process and manage an outsourced payroll, and provide HR generalist activities for circa 300 employees, across the UK and Europe markets.
EMEA Payroll & HR Operations Advisor will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
Lead and have full responsibility for the UK & EMEA payroll markets
Manage the relationship with the outsourced payroll provider
Lead on any payroll related projects
Manage UK Pension scheme
Review and audit payroll reports to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
Provide generalist HR support to employees and line managers in Northern Europe jurisdictions
Provide support to HR Administrator with onboarding and offboarding processes when required
Ensure all country specific HR documents (i.e. employment contracts employee handbook etc) are in place and in line with current legislation and group policy.
Ad hoc HR project work and support to Head of HR when required
Key Skills:
Minimum of 5 years experience of leading end-to-end payroll processes, across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
Experience of managing an external payroll provider
Experience of generalist HR duties
Service-minded and enjoys working directly with employees, internal stakeholders and outsourced providers
