EMEA Payroll Consultant

EMEA Payroll Consultant – 9 month day rate – London – Hybrid – up to £300 per day
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a financial services firm, who are recruiting for an EMEA Payroll Consultant, on an interim basis. This role will be to support the Payroll team and manage the monthly payroll cycles of 1,800 on a global scale. This EMEA Payroll Consultant position is for 9 months and is on a hybrid basis, working out of their central London office, minimum of 2 days per week.
The EMEA Payroll Consultant will be assisting/overseeing such duties as:* Processing UK & EMEA Payroll* Manage shadow payrolls for expatriate employees* Working closely with payroll providers as a third party, to help main relationships* Liaise with internal and external auditors, raising any issues with the Payroll Manager where required* Day to day support to UK and International HR and Branch Managers on all payroll related matters
Key Skills:* EMEA outsourced payroll experience strongly desired* Experience working with multiple locations * UK payroll experience, preferably within the financial services industry* SD Worx or iiPAY experience is preferred* Ability to organise and prioritise in a busy environment
