This role entails closecollaboration with the Directors of Administration (DOAs) on all HRmatters within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions.Noteworthy locations within the Firm's EMEA region encompass London,Brussels, Frankfurt, Dubai, and Johannesburg.Theresponsibilities will include overseeing employee relations, staffrecruitment, performance management, ensuring compliance withemployment law, maintaining policies and procedures, supervisingregional secretarial resources, managing HR data, and administeringregional compensation and benefits.A crucial aspect of thisrole involves serving as the point of contact for the Firmwide SeniorHR Director, who holds global responsibility, regarding all EMEA HRaffairs.
