Essential Experience:
Software Development
Managing a Team of Developers & Senior Engineers
Solid understanding of Embedded Development Process
Working in multi skilled environments e.g. Mechanical & Electronics Engineers
Agile
Excellent technical and non-technical Stakeholder communication skills
