About the position:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our growth team
in
either London or Copenhagen
. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play an important role in enhancing conversion rates, and overall customer experience through targeted email campaigns and automation strategies. Your work
will directly impact our growth, helping us achieve our vision of becoming the world's largest
financial universe for women.
Your daily tasks will be:
Creating effective automated email flows that increase conversion rates for leads.
Creating, implementing and reporting end-to-end strategies for lead generation that increase the number of organic leads.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative and marketing to develop and execute high-performance campaign send-outs on email, push and in-app.
Analysing audience insights and data to drive current and future campaigns, as well as automated email flows.
Planning, executing and reporting on one-off experiments and continuously a/b-testing.
Staying up-to-date with best practices within email marketing, push notifications, and SMS to actively seek out chances to test and optimise campaign effectiveness.
Establish and maintain a high deliverability standard for all emails.
What we expect from you:
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing email marketing and automation initiatives, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
Proven track record of creating successful flows and newsletters that meet or exceed KPIs.
Deep understanding of segmentation, customer data, and how to use it for automated purposes.
Deep understanding of automation tools like Zapier, and how to work cross-channel with email marketing.
Experience with ESPs such as Active Campaign, Klaviyo, Hubspot or similar. (We use customer.io).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of liquid, HTML, and push notifications is a plus.
Defining success in the role:
Within 3 to 6 months:
Increasing the average email and SMS click-through rates, showcasing your ability to engage and captivate our leads and members effectively.
Establishing seamless cross-functional collaboration with creative, and content
teams, ensuring execution of campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Have effectively implemented a minimum of three tests resulting in a positive uplift in conversion rates.
Long-term success:
Consistently achieving and surpassing conversion rate benchmarks through ongoing optimisation and innovation, driving substantial growth in user activation and engagement.
