You’ll get stuck into a variety of duties in this role. You’ll get to learn from your peers and stakeholders in our 40 strong Marketing team. You’ll work with intuitive tools to create segments and really personalise our customer’s journey with measurable outcomes in a performance driven space. Your manager, Ata (Senior eCRM Manager), has been with Simply Business for over 10 years, he will work to encourage your personal leadership and independence to help you progress your career with us. In fact, this role is only available as someone in the team has done just that! As one of our Email Marketing Executives, you’ll:work with the Content team to create visually engaging emails that target high open and click rates via dynamic contenttake a customer first approach in enabling automated data driven decision makingimprove our automated CRM programmes to attract and retain customers at all stages of the customer lifecyclecontribute to a ‘test and learn’ approach to maximise results learn all of our systems to obtain a good knowledge e.g. Blueconic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Journey Builder, Litmus, and LookerWe’re looking for someone who is:experienced in email marketing and customer lifecycle management in any industry or systemsexperienced with segmentation, dynamic content, and building/maintaining automated emailsexperienced in A/B testing one-time sendsexperienced in working on a big strategic project as part of a cross-functional teamunderstanding of online and digital tech – and has a passion for digital marketing
