Job DescriptionEdShed is a rapidly growing global EdTech start-up that helps millions of children practise their spelling, phonics and maths skills every day. We have grown from a new product to the market leader in the past few years. Based in Worcestershire, our product includes teaching content, physical resources, mobile apps, a web game and a web-based teacher hub, all driven from a central platform.EdShed seeks a highly organised and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you can work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system is effectively utilized and aligned with our business objectives. If you are passionate about customer relationship management and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the CRM system, including data entry, data cleansing, and data management. We use Zoho CRM at present.Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.Create and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer retention and acquisition.Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system meets business requirements.Train employees on CRM system functionalities and best practices.Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.You will be looking for a role that will challenge you, where you can make a big impact, grow your career as our company grows and expect to be part of a great success story.Job RequirementsWe aim to be modern in our approach, and our team loves the fact that we solve challenges like scaling globally and building systems used by the teaching, parent and primary school community.What we are seeking from youProven experience in CRM management or a similar roleProficiency in CRM software and tools: we use Zoho CRM at the momentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and draw insightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on data accuracyAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyTeam player with the ability to collaborate across functionsExperience with marketing automation tools is a plusKnowledge of data protection regulations and compliance is preferredUnderstanding of customer journey mapping is an advantageWe only ask for four core things!A proven background in working in CRM marketing, identifying and nurturing customers to support the adoption of our systemsAble to work in a small teamBe data-drivenPassionate about education and how technology can improve itWe are looking for someone who can share our values, and from a product point of view, we aim to deliver:The best productThe best priceThe most impact (educationally)Cause the least hassleThis role will primarily be based in Bewdley, Worcestershire; however, we can flexible around time in the office.
