Email Marketing CRM Executive EMEADepartment: EMEAEmployment Type: Permanent - Full TimeLocation: Head Office, LondonReporting To: Alice ConollyDescriptionAs our Email Marketing & CRM Executive, you will be responsible for supporting ideation and leading implementation of lifecycle programs in order to drive acquisition, retention, loyalty and lifetime value KPIs across CRM touch points. Your role will be instrumental in supporting the brand’s growth objectives in the EMEA region, working with the wider EMEA digital and marketing teams to execute a strong CRM strategy built for longevity.
Key Responsibilities·
Lead the creation, implementation and management of EMEA’s B2C email marketing campaigns, with end-to-end ownership from content ideation, to email delivery, with robust post campaign reporting.·
Design and deliver B2C communications to EMEA local databases, to support delivery of the global marketing calendar (NPD and Promotional campaigns), local channel and seasonal activations, and automated/ad-hoc email programmes, to drive engagement and conversion KPIs.·
Work with the Senior Omni-Channel Marketing Manager and EMEA E-Commerce Manager to maximise growth of our EMEA databases and drive engagement/other KPI’s, through solid understanding of our CRM dashboard.·
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, leading the sign off process with a clear approval checklist across departments, including proof-reading and final creative checks.·
End-to-end management of creative briefing, working with the Senior Omni-Channel Marketing Manager and EMEA E-Commerce Manager, to fine-tune copy, creative and consumer messaging, and maximise CRM communication performance.·
Ensure email content, design and delivery are continuously optimised for maximum return, owning all Email KPIs and reporting back on performance daily, weekly and monthly.·
Sustain KPI’s across CRM campaigns, to ensure delivery of revenue targets, consumer engagement metrics and other performance-related measurements, to sustain effectiveness of EMEA communications.·
Understand local EMEA GDPR laws to ensure all CRM communications and processes adhere to legislation, whilst advising other team members on this matter.·
Work closely with Translation agency to ensure all communications are accurately localised with respect of the brand’s codes and tone of voice·
Support Paid Media agency with regularly updated 1st party data·
Collaborate with global brand, design and content teams to develop best in class creative.·
Contribute to the development and implementation of the CRM strategy by working closely with the Senior Omni-Channel Marketing Manager and E-Commerce Manager on conceptualising, scoping and prioritising according to regional objectives.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise·
GCSEs in Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent·
A Levels or equivalent, including English·
Educated to degree level·
2 years’+ experience·
Previous experience in owning or supporting with a strategy for a CRM Channel as well as developing strategy and execution of automated lifecycle trigger communications.·
Second language (French, German, Italian or Spanish) useful·
Highly numerate and versed in reporting analytics·
Good level of creative writing skills essential·
Genuine interest in the beauty industry·
