Electronics Test Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the leading manufacturer of electro-mechanical products on the Leicester/Coventry border between Hinckley and Nuneaton for a Electronics Test Engineer to join its expanding team.

THE ROLE

It will be the role of the Electronics Test Engineer to be responsible for the in house service, test and calibration of products , including soldering and assembly work as well as PCBs fault finding.

Duties will include:

• Inspection and calibration of electro-mechanical products

• In house service of products

• Soldering, Wiring, Surface mount repair etc.

• Calibration and Testing

THE CANDIDATE

In order to succeed in the role of the Electronics Test Engineer you will need to have a range of skills including soldering, calibration, testing etc. You will need to be motivated and happy to work in a hands on production environment. This role could suit and engineer/technician straight from there apprenticeship/college or a repair/test technician with electronics, mobile phones or technical fault finding skills.
