Electronics Technician

The opportunity for an Electronics Technician to join an Industry Specialist based in Aberdeen is now available. You will be working in a busy environment with a company who provide solutions for the Energy and Oil and Gas sectors.Unique in their ability to perform operations they seek an experienced Technician who has working knowledge of:
* Electronics and electrical circuitry.
* Electronic PCB & component assembly, tool builds, testing and QA.
* Sensor Testing.
* Soldering.
* Tool Documentation.Essential Experience/ Qualifications
* Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (e.g. SVQ, HNC or Degree).
* Strong experience of Electronic PCB assembly.
* Good hand skills (soldering, crimping).
* Good computer skills.
* Good understanding of wiring diagrams with the ability to read electronic schematics.
* Strong attention to detail.Desirable
* J-STD-001, 610 & 620 certified.Salary:
* Circa £40K
